Irv [Irving] Carroll [Izhak Gellers] (1907-1974)

Ицхак Геллерс (впоследствии - Ирвинг Кэрролл) - композитор, аранжировщик, дирижер, руководитель оркестра, студийный музыкант. Родился 13 июля 1907 в Бруклине (Нью-Йорк, США).

Окончил среднюю школу. В качестве пианиста дебютировал в англоязычном водевиле в возрасте 15 лет. В 18 лет впервые участвовал в сессии звукозаписи. В дальнейшем организовал собственный оркестр, выступавший в ночных клубах. С 1941 член ASCAP (Американское общество композиторов, авторов и издателей). 

Скончался 16 апреля 1974 в Дейд (Флорида, США).
